As an adviser of the LTS participant of CARAGA Region, the 3-day seminar was an awakening. I have attended 8 camps already but this is my first at LTS. Just like in the camp, all the topics are relevant to the training as well as the activities.

Exposing the participants to actual situations made the seminar a real learning experience. I like the team building activity as the participants were given instructions and made to strategize. I have seen how their strategies affected their performances. Working as a team is important to attain their common goal.

The films shown were also very inspiring. The role of Sandra Bullock in “Blind Side” molded a successful man. The qualities shown by a strategizing teacher in “Freedom Writers” is worth emulating even with the ups and downs of life.

The training would really produce well-organized, equipped and successful leaders. Kudos to LTS!
