Another day has come. New lessons and more knowledge were put on my mind. For this day’s session, I have learned a lot about project proposals. Different organizations, like PSYSC, conduct activities, seminars, workshops and encampments. But before they do such projects, of course they undergo the so called project proposal.

During the proposal different ideas and projects were introduced that you really need to think of every single detail about your project if you will be working on with it already. So many factors are being considered in having a project proposal. But before that, you must know what a project is.

A project is said to be an interrelated tasks with a specific purpose. It has a fixed duration and of course a definite start and finish. In having your project, you must consider a lot of factors like the significance of the project. Who will be the participants? What does your project aim?

In having a proposal, you must take it in a step by step procedure. You’ll start thinking on what would be the title of your project. Then, you should plan when would it be held, where are you going to conduct this specific project, etc. You must also plan very well on the activities to be conducted and have it scheduled so the project will be organized. The Line Item Budget is also important because we tally here our expenses. The use of a Gantt chart is also very helpful. It is where the tasks in the preparation of your project are scheduled on when to do it.

For every project or plan to be made, you really need to think of it carefully. It is better to think of it even a hundred or a million times than to have it rushed. Preparation is very important because no good things result from a rushed work.
