Great Minds…Great Hearts

If the Greeks had “the face that could launch a thousand ships”, at PSYSC, we have great minds and hearts that could change a thousand lives.
Being a first-timer in national seminars, I am elated and moved by the enriching activities I have attended to as well as the friendships I have made.
I have learned that for someone to become a somebody, he has to acknowledge the fact that he is a person who has the potential of changing other peoples’ lives. Similarly, a student should not only be a leader through his thinking but also in his heart. I realized also that the choices we make determine our future and that the manner we relate and deal with other people reflect who we are as a person.
During our activity on decision-making, I came to realize that what you say is not the only thing that matters. It is important that you listen and respect other people’s opinions and work with them as a team. Same is true with the experience on the Project Proposal Making activity. Indeed, people of great minds and hearts work as one.
If you have the burning passion to think and the brave heart to endure all challenges, you really are a leader – a person with the brain, heart and soul of a certified Pisoysi.
