“Leadership is the catalyst that transforms potential into reality.” An adage to this predominant statement, created and crafted a huge impact on my perplexed personality. Reaching the trailblazers of this momentous gathering, the Leadership Training Seminar posed challenging questions like: What are the qualities that I should possess to become an efficient and effective leader someday?, How will I enhance my innate skills and talents to become an excellent leader? and finally How can I be a good leader and a follower at the same time?

Through PSYSC and this dynamic leadership training, my dreams and commitment to serve are put into reality and encompasses a new perspective.

I was blessed among hundreds of brilliant science enthusiasts and chosen to be part of the Regional Council of NCR. I am truly grateful of this wonderful opportunity and I can prove my worth and make it because of PSYSC.

After a series of discussions and brainstorming, I was made to realize that through PSYSC, my hidden talents and skills will be nurtured for further avenues of learning. I would consider myself a catalyst for change…a multiplier effect to everyone – to my station, my school, division and region.

I was inspired to continue, propagate and develop my leadership skills not for myself alone but to the community and the greater good. Indeed, I can make a difference and create a hallmark in my own little ways.
